Collaborative psychiatric care via secure video. Treatment for a full range of conditions — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
A diagnosis is a snapshot, not a life sentence. Labels can follow you for years and quietly limit what feels possible.
At Psynergy we start differently. You are the expert in your own life. I bring clinical expertise and deep listening. Together we create plans that actually fit.
More than 10 years of experience across inpatient crisis, consult-liaison, substance use treatment, and outpatient psychiatry. Secure online sessions designed for real partnership and real progress.
Your insights plus my expertise create synergy. You drive the conversation. I provide evidence-based options and clinical guidance. The plan is co-created, not prescribed from a template.
Care is individualized and highly personal. You can reach me directly 12 hours a day, 7 days a week — call, text, or email. I am not an answering service or a front desk. Response times vary from minutes to a few hours; same-day replies are guaranteed. That level of access is what separates Psynergy from high-volume practices. Concierge options are also available if you want an even more dedicated arrangement.
I created Psynergy because the standard model of care often feels rushed and impersonal. Here the relationship is the foundation. You bring self-knowledge. I bring clinical skill. We build the plan together.
Experience includes inpatient crisis stabilization, consult-liaison psychiatry, substance use treatment, and outpatient care.

Comprehensive first visit covering current symptoms, history, medical background, life context, and goals. We discuss options together and leave with a clear preliminary plan.
Ongoing check-ins focused on progress, medication response, side effects, and plan refinement. Treatment decisions are collaborative and based on your full clinical picture — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Before the visit you complete secure forms: demographics, history, current symptoms, medications, and consents. This lets the appointment focus on you, not paperwork.
About 60 minutes over HIPAA-compliant video. We review history and goals, discuss options, and build a preliminary plan together. Follow-ups are 15–30 minutes.

Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are the focus. Some psychotherapy is provided as part of visits, but more in-depth or ongoing therapy is referred to a licensed therapist when that level of care is needed.
